We think apple cider should taste like an apple picked fresh from the tree. That’s why our entire juicing process is done cold; from cold pressing the apples, to UV purification. This method of pasteurization gives peace of mind without affecting the fresh from the tree flavor by cooking it, as traditional methods do. Our juice is a blend of several varieties grown right here on the farm, naturally - from our family to yours.
