It starts with apples grown in Jeter Mountain Farm orchards. Our apples are picked at their peak, pressed on-site, and crafted in small batches, producing all-natural, fresh, and perfeclty delightful hard cider.
While visiting the farm, stop by the Cider Co. Taproom to give them a try! Featuring 6 hard ciders on tap, guests can enjoy a flight, sip on a pint, or take home a mix-and-match 4-pack. All of our ciders are crafted, kegged, and canned on site, and available exclusively at Jeter Mountain Farm. With 150 years of farming in our family, we strive to put our years of experience and excellence into each pint we pour. Honestly grown and truly local, we hope you will enjoy a taste of Western North Carolina.

HAND PRESSED APPLES
IN EVERY PINT
From field to pint glass, the journey from apple to hard cider is pretty short. All of our ciders - fresh, sparkling, and hard - are pressed into juice in our Cider Press facility. From there they are bottled fresh, sparkled, or fermented. Before being canned or kegged, some of our hard ciders are mixed with freshly pressed blackberries, grapes, and other fruits picked fresh from the farm. All of our ciders are available exclusively at Jeter Mountain Farm, and the Cider Co. Taproom is open anytime our u-pick orchards are open. We invite you to enjoy our fresh, small batches each season starting mid-July through the end of October.
